If the user does not agree, they must discontinue use immediately.

APEX is a market research and educational platform.

APEX does NOT:

• Provide financial advice
• Provide investment advice
• Act as a broker
• Manage investments
• Execute trades
• Guarantee profits
• Guarantee market outcomes

All content, research, AI-generated outputs, market commentary, scores, signals, ratings, analyses, and reports are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing on ApexQuant.Trade constitutes:

• Financial advice
• Investment recommendations
• Portfolio recommendations
• Trading instructions
• Fiduciary advice

Users remain solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk.

Users acknowledge:

• Losses may exceed expectations
• Capital may be partially or completely lost
• Markets are unpredictable
• Historical performance does not predict future results

Users accept full responsibility for all gains and losses.

APEX uses algorithmic and AI-assisted systems.

Users understand that:

• AI may be inaccurate
• AI may contain errors
• AI may provide incomplete information
• AI outputs may conflict with market conditions
• AI outputs should never be relied upon as the sole basis for a trade

Users must independently verify all information.

APEX is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Availability
• Reliability
• Profitability
• Suitability

The platform may contain errors, delays, interruptions, bugs, or data discrepancies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ApexQuant.Trade, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses
• Investment losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of opportunities
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Special damages
• Punitive damages

Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

APEX may offer:

• Free Plan
• Pro Plan
• Quant Plan

Features available depend on the active subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

APEX does not provide refunds for:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Partial billing periods
• Unused time
• Unused features
• User dissatisfaction
• Trading losses

By subscribing, users expressly acknowledge and agree that payments are non-refundable.

Users may cancel future renewals at any time.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate refunds.

APEX may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Abuse
• Fraud
• Payment disputes
• Chargebacks
• Unauthorized access
• Sharing accounts
• Reverse engineering
• Scraping platform data

No refunds will be issued following termination for violations.

All software, branding, algorithms, interfaces, research systems, reports, visualizations, scores, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of ApexQuant.Trade.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Resell
• Redistribute
• Reverse engineer
• Clone
• Commercialize

any portion of the platform.

Market data may be:

• Delayed
• Incomplete
• Incorrect
• Unavailable

APEX does not guarantee market data accuracy.

Users must independently verify prices before trading.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
